Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Immediate termination for material breach of terms

• Non-payment of fees after grace period

Upon termination, we will provide data export capabilities and ensure smooth transition according to the terms specified in your service agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Stark AI Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
